What is this love?

What is this love that we two find,
This intermingling of the mind?
Don't other lovers find a bed
And intermingle clothes instead?
But we, the seven veils have shed,
Sweet words that bind our minds are said.
Together every thought we share,
And, as to God, our souls we bare.
